Mission Statement
The Rock for the Cure club is trying to reach one goal. Put on a concert to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. All the money we raise will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Board members will coordinate with the performers and plan all of the other necessary things for the concert, while all general members will meet monthly to contribute ideas and prepare to set up on the day of the event. We will meet once a month at lunch on Fridays in Mrs. Varricchio's room (703). We will organize the concert to be put on towards the end of the year. We want to make a difference in children's lives that suffer from Leukemia or Lymphoma and we feel this is the best way to do it. We will strive to raise as much money as possible for the charity.
