Grad Night is partnering with Outback Steakhouse (Laguna Hills/MV location) to help the Grad Night Boosters raise some money to make your grad night amazing!
What: Curbside Takeaway Meal Deal $10 per meal -- Outback will donate
$5 per meal back to Grad Night!
Meal includes: 5 oz. Chicken Breast
⅓ Rack of BBQ Ribs
Bread & Butter
When: Tuesday, March 21st - meals will be available for pick-up
between 5 - 7 pm at the Outback Steakhouse at 25322 Cabot Road, near La Paz Road the the 5 Freeway.
How: Download the Outback Fundraiser flyer and share it with your family, friends and neighbors. Anyone can order! All order forms should be turned into the front office at Tesoro OR, if paying by credit card, the forms can be e-mailed to email@example.com. A 50¢ per meal transaction fee will be applied to all credit card purchases.
Why: Grad Night will use the money earned to enhance the Grad Night experience for all participants. And, for every 5 meals credited to Grad Night Participant, that student will receive an additional entry to the Grand Prize raffle!

GRAD NIGHT INFORMATION & RULES, FAQ's
WHAT IS GRAD NIGHT??? Grad Night is an amazing, spectacular one-of-a-kind party that graduating seniors can attend. The purpose of Grad Night is to provide a safe, drug and alcohol free environment for them to celebrate their accomplishments one last time with their classmates.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: The Grad Night registration fee includes entrance to the event, transportation to and from the event, food, drink, snacks, and all the rides, attractions, and activities the event location offers.
TIME & DATE: Thursday, June 1st (the night of graduation). Check-in starts at 9:00 pm* (time subject to change based upon the scheduling of the graduation ceremony).
LOCATION: Check-in is at Tesoro HS. Grads will be bused to event location. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT GRADS ARE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP, NOT SELF-DRIVEN. The event location itself is a closely held secret.
END TIME: Buses will return to Tesoro at approximately 6:00 AM* (return time has not been finalized but information will be publicized as soon as the specific time is determined).
WHAT TO WEAR: Be comfortable! There will be some indoor and some outdoor activity/space, so you may want to bring a sweatshirt if you tend to get cold.
WHAT NOT TO BRING: NO food, drink, drugs, weapons, illegal paraphernalia.
Grad Night will have personal items (chapstick, combs, brushes, hair spray, deodorant, lotion, hand sanitizer, hygiene items, etc.) available for anyone to use.
Grad Night will have a personal item check-in system for those who do not want to carry car keys or other personal items with them at the event. Tesoro Grad Night Boosters will not be held responsible for lost or broken items.
HOW TO CHECK IF MY GRAD IS ALREADY REGISTERED OR NOT: GRAD NIGHT WAS NOT A PART OF THE SENIOR CLASS PACKAGE! If you are unsure whether your grad is signed up, e-mail us at email@example.com and we will be happy to check for you.
MEDICAL ISSUES: Any grads with medical needs will need to complete a Medical Consent Form for their particular medication/treatment. A Registered Nurse will be on site during check-in and at the entire event, and she will be responsible for keeping and administering all medications, as well as performing any on-site medical treatments if necessary. Grad Night will have common over-the-counter medications available (Motrin, Tylenol, Benadryl, etc.)
Any grad with a specific need to keep their medical device (for example, an inhaler) on their person can get cleared to do so during check-in after consulting with the nurse. Students with diabetic monitoring on their phones will be allowed to keep their phones with them, after consulting with the nurse.
PARENTAL POINT OF CONTACT DURING EVENT: If a parent has a need to contact their grad during the event, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. A Grad Night Boosters board member will be on-site at the event and will monitor the e-mail.

EARLY BIRD Grad Night Registrations are due Sept 30th!
Pricing is $180. Students will receive 5 grand prize raffle tickets.
Oct. 1 - March 31st - Price is $200
Students will receive 3 grand prize raffle tickets.
April 1st - Price is $220
Students will receive 1 grand prize raffle ticket.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER 4/15/17

Medication at Grad Night
If you need medication at Grad Night, complete the MEDICAL CONSENT FORM and submit it along with the medication in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag to the nurse at Grad Night check-in.
Remember to pick it up in the morning at the end of Grad Night!!!
