Tesoro High School Instrumental Music Department is proud to present the 11th Annual SCSBOA Band and Orchestra Festival on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 .   Download your festival information letter and application forms here. All completed forms,  entrance fee checks of $160..00 made payable to SCSBOA   must be complete and mailed no later than March 15, 2013  Performance times are determined by the date/time of  the received checks.  Thank you for your participation.
