PSAT Test for Sophomores and Juniors ONLY

Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Tesoro during the school day - Revised 7/22/2016

  • Sophomores and Juniors will take the PSAT Test on campus during the school day.
     
  • PSAT is for college-bound sophomores/juniors who expect to take the SAT Test later.
     
  • PSAT is tied to the National Merit Scholarship program (Juniors only).

  • Students who take the test will receive free access to the Khan Academy.

    •   Funded by CUSD - do NOT register for this test

    • Students bring the following items:
      Picture ID
      Several #2 Pencils
      Calculator

       
    • Students cannot  bring the following items:
      Cell phones, Smart watches
      Personal items: purses, backpacks, books, etc.
      Students will be sent to stow their items. Do not put yourself in jeopardy of missing the test

       
    • Test will last approx. 3 1/2 hours
       
    • Test scores will be sent electronically to the students in December, 2016 via the students' College Board account.
