All students are welcome to take French. The main goal is to give students an opportunity to learn a beautiful language which is spoken in about fifty countries or regions in Europe, Africa, North and South America, Asia, and Oceania. It is spoken by over 100 million people around the world. It is the second language on the internet. Knowing French will enrich your English. Over one-third of all English words are derived from French.

You are given many opportunities to use your French in the classroom, during French Club activities and at lunch during our little causeries. The class is lively and entertaining. Students participate in skits on a weekly basis. You will make friends since the classes stay together for four years. Your teacher gets to know you very well and will  gladly write college recommendations.
