I have been a passionate and proud Tesoro High School  English teacher for four years; however, my association with the school goes back to its inception in 2001 when my role was that of parent.  My son graduated with the first graduating class and my daughter two years later.  I have served as a Booster president, and I chose to long term substitute teach the two years prior to my permanent employment.  My passion for the school grows with my years of service.

I am now the National Honor Society advisor and enjoy working with the exceptional students who are a part of the organization.  They dedicate themselves to their studies, school activities and service to a variety of causes.

My past teaching experience came at Westerville North High School in Westerville, Ohio where I taught for five years immediately following my college graduation.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, and I am still a proud Buckeye. The years between teaching experiences were filled with raising my three children. 

Now, I look forward to instructing students in my English I and American Literature classes. I am fortunate to have the opportunity.
