All classes meet at the ROP Campus – 31522 El Camino Real – San Juan Capistrano *(except where noted)

Summer School Options have passed
SUMMER SCHOOL is available for:
•Students who have failed a class that is needed to graduate
•Students who wish to improve a (D or F) grade in a course required for college or to improve a GPA
•Students who need to take CCP and/or Health to meet graduation requirements
The application period begins April 1. There is limited space available and admittance is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submit the completed application to your Academic Advisor.
Tests offered at Tesoro for the College-Bound Student
Students can register for the following t
ests starting in August at Tesoro on their registration date:
- The PSAT Test on October 18, 2014
- The College Test Assessment (CTA) on January 10, 2015
Scores from the PSAT and CTA will be distributed at Tesoro's Test Back Night, Date TBA
- Trial SAT Test (this is not the PSAT Test) on February, 21, 2015
- Trial ACT Test on March 21, 2015
Scores from the Trial SAT and the Trial ACT will be mailed home after the test administration, allow 2-4 weeks.
- The Aspire Test (formerly the PLAN) on April 25, 2015
Scores from the Aspire Test will be distributed to the students.

COLLEGE BOUND? Order Your Official Tesoro Transcript Online
The college or university of your choice will want a final transcript. Order your Tesoro official transcript through the CUSD online program, "Docufide". To access the program, go to www.tesorohighschool.com , select transcripts under Quick Links. Be sure to click on Next Grading Period. You need not wait until graduation to order the transcript just be sure to select the next grading period choice. Tesoro will approve your request and your transcript will be mailed. Allow 24-hours for the approval process. The online program can send Tesoro official transcripts to colleges, universitites, the NCAA, out of the country, and to your home. If you need assistance during the month of July, call the District Office at 949-234-9241.

- Reminder: 9th and 10th grade students MUST remain enrolled in 6 classes)

Eighth grade students from Tesoro's feeder Middle Schools are automatically enrolled
Tuesday, August 12, 2014 @ 9:00 a.m. in the Guidance Office
Please bring the copies of the following:
- Verification of Address (2 different types; e.g., current gas, electric, water or cable)
- Immunization Records (including Tdap)
- Transcript and/or most recent Report Card
- California High School Exit Exam Results (if taken)
- Birth Certificate (for all students new to CUSD)
Spanish Placement Testing for 2014-15
Tesoro will be conducting placement testing for Spanish next year. This testing will take place on Saturday, May 31st in room 511 from 10:00 - 12:00. Please RSVP to Mrs. Uminsky at email@example.com and provide your name, grade level, and previous school as well as the number of years you have studied Spanish language.
This testing is for non-native speakers who have taken one year or more of Spanish outside of CUSD and for native speakers who have not studied Spanish in school or have done so only minimally.
Additional test date: June 9th, 2014
Time: 3:30-5:00 p.m.
Place: THS Room 511 (Room 511 is outside of the 500 building next to the Senior Parking Lot)
